TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights and in all cases Greek law shall apply.

At the moment, I only deliver within the European continent to the list of countries specified in the relevant pages of my website. If your delivery address is outside of Europe or not on the list of the countries I deliver to, I will not be able to deliver to you.

My prices include delivery, and therefore vary depending on the country of delivery. The list of delivery countries is very clearly indicated on each of the shopping pages of my website. Should you by mistake proceed with an online payment at the wrong price for your delivery country, I will notify you by email of the mistake and it will have to be resolved as quickly as possible: either you will have to proceed with the payment of the missing sums, after which I will complete the order, or I will refund you any excess payment after the order has been completed.

Deliveries will normally be organized within 5 working days of the order date and the actual delivery time varies from country to country but should not exceed one week.

I will do my very best to ensure all orders are fulfilled and delivered as quickly as possible. Should events outside of my control prevent this, I will contact you by e-mail and inform you when you can expect the delivery to be made. If I am unable to fulfill your order for any reason, a refund of all monies paid to date will be made to the credit/debit card or bank account used.

I will e-mail you with a confirmation of your order and the amount charged to your credit/debit card. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, you will need to email me and I will give you the bank details.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the credit or debit card which you are using is your own, and that sufficient funds are available to pay for the purchase.

RETURNS POLICY

I very much hope that you will be satisfied with your order, but you have the right to return your purchase to me within 14 days of the date of despatch as long as it is still in its original condition (the bottles must be intact, unopened and with their original seal). I will refund the price of the item to your credit/debit card or bank account. You simply need to print out and complete the returns form (provided on the link below) and return it, together with the item, to the address detailed on the form. Should the return result from a mistake on my part, I will reimburse you the shipping costs as well. The refund will be made to your credit/debit card or bank account, providing the item is returned within 14 days of the date of despatch and it remains in perfect condition.

DAMAGES POLICY

For product that has been damaged during transit, you must advise me by e-mail within 48 hours of the delivery at safikalakamilari@gmail.com, with a reminder of your name and address details. Please make sure to attach a photo and provide a description of the damage.

MODIFICATIONS TO PRODUCTS AND PRICES

Olive oil is a natural, seasonal product. I reserve the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue the product range I may offer for on-line sale without notice. The prices of my products are also subject to change without notice. 

I shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of my products or services.
