TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights and in all cases Greek law shall apply.

Please check the list of countries I deliver to on the relevant pages of my website. You will not be able to proceed with your order with a delivery address outside of the countries I deliver to.

Deliveries will normally be organized within 5 working days of the order date and the actual delivery time varies from country to country but should not exceed one week.

I will do my very best to ensure all orders are fulfilled and delivered as quickly as possible. Should events outside of my control prevent this, I will contact you by e-mail and inform you when you can expect the delivery to be made. If I am unable to fulfill your order for any reason, a refund of all monies paid to date will be made to the credit/debit card or bank account used.

I will e-mail you with a confirmation of your order and the amount charged to your credit/debit card. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, you will need to email me and I will give you the bank details.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the credit or debit card which you are using is your own, and that sufficient funds are available to pay for the purchase.

RETURNS POLICY

I very much hope that you will be satisfied with your order, but you have the right to return your purchase to me within 14 days of the date of despatch as long as it is still in its original condition (the bottles must be intact, unopened and with their original seal). I will refund the price of the item to your credit/debit card or bank account. You simply need to print out and complete the returns form (provided on the link below) and return it, together with the item, to the address detailed on the form. A refund will be made to your credit/debit card or bank account, providing the item is returned within 14 days of the date of despatch and it remains in perfect condition.

DAMAGES POLICY

For product that has been damaged during transit, you must advise me by e-mail within three days of the despatch at safikalakamilari@gmail.com, quoting your order number (this can be found in our confirmation e-mail) and make sure to attach a photo and provide a description of the damage.

MODIFICATIONS TO PRODUCTS AND PRICES

Olive oil is a natural, seasonal product. I reserve the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue the product range I may offer for on-line sale without notice. The prices of my products are also subject to change without notice. 

I shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of my products or services.
